arachna is a noob hero?

Squishi like hell, no chase/escape/rune getting skills, poor stats gain!

I think its quite difficult hero to play and its also a poor hero!

I'd start off w/ reading Guides on the forum to help fully understand the game before you just start off w/ any hero in a pub game to start new with b/c there really isn't a hero that's ideal to play w/ as a beginner.
Every hero has their own role and all have different play styles/item builds depending on what you're playing and who you're playing against.

What is important even as a beginner is knowing the character/hero roles, where/how to place wards/what they do, how to use a courier/what a courier does, how to lane/what to do.

Learning this early is always a + to increasing your chance in getting better and helping a team out.

Another way to learn and get better when you've mastered the basics is to watch some competitive games w/ higher level players and watch and learn how they play.
With the warding, the item builds, the skill builds, hero picks ect all which could be found here: http://www.fileplay.net/channels/honcast

Maybe it's just me and my short attention span, and/or that i'm more of a visual learner, but I find premium guides overrated. Having item and skill builds written down is very useful, but info about early/mid/late game situations is bullshit. People who thoroughly read these premium guides are noobs, and no way a noob can retain that information. Most veteran people will skim these guides since they have the basic idea of what to do with the hero. And a noob is not going to be able to absorb 10,000 words and put it into their game. Though I bet that ward guide is good because it's visual and won't take much time to remember the 20 or so good ward spots on the map.

Now that people have better computers and internet, you can watch people stream a game in 1080p. There's a live chat where you can ask the viewers or the streamer questions about what he's doing. Some people even have 2 monitors so they can just look at the chat with their second monitor without having to alt tab, so you get near instant feedback.

Also replays are great since you don't have to reload the whole thing to go back to something you missed, there's a rewind feature. Watch someone like chu or h4nn1 or nova_ play their heroes. Watch how they control their lane.

Guides are great for skill/item builds, but after that fuck them. Watch streams and replays*, and play more games.
