I haven't heard about this till about 2 days ago. Is it true that they are making everything buyable? I read some of the Question and answering stuff and they are adding "coins" but one question that i really want to know that I heard but probably isn't true I don't know but someone said if you are low level and you need an item badly you can a shrunken head for about a dollar is this true?

All the things in the shop are cosmetics. They are only there to fill the purpose of making the game more "casual". So basicly what u can do is buy another announcement for like FB Hat-trick and etc, also costumes and skins. Last but not least is taunt

they should have just made achievements that unlock new stuff like taunt, hero skins etc none of this pay money and buy it all

Well obv S2 want to make money, so beside the obv achievement way to get Coins by for example getting a FB or some u can buy it with real money, and sure it aint the best decision S2 could make game-wise, but wth who cares ? it wont affect gameplay besides the fact that u might laugh when the anouncer says " Cherry Popper!! " with a really gay voice
