If you're at 1200 psr you really need to think about what you're doing wrong. You should be able to just win a 1200 rated game while blindfolded.

at 1200 you should be able to pick a carry and ezgank your way to a win even with a crappy team....1200 isn't even a psr bracket. If you want I'll play a game or 2 on your account, I'm pretty bored. The e-mail is registered to you and I'm obviously not going to fuck up your psr/stats

let me know, you cant play with 1700 psr players at a 1200 psr, even if you found a game with no psr restrictions to play in they would kick you both because you'd look like you intentionally lowered your psr, not to mention fucking up the autobalance in games

Seriously 1300 retards in my team going 0-15 in 15 mins, speaking no language at all.
If i go anything other than a carry going woods for 30 mins then finishing in 1 push, i lose because of my retarded teamys

LOL at kid wanting to 1v1 to prove hes good. Game is not even balanced 1v1, and that only shows a small part of how the game is played.

If your really in the 1200's, then its something on your end.

1v1 shows lane control, last hitting skills, rune whoring, overall shows a decent amount of the game. 1v1 is balanced it just has to be same hero and mid. Also to keep it more balanced both players should buy an astrolobe, drop and kill it at the start of the game so you dont start with infinite gold

I actually believe that he could be pretty decent and still drop to 1250. I did the same, and as soon as I stopped playing Pubs I got over 1400 quickly (1430 something now if I remember)

I played with a friend that isn't very good, but still better then a random beginner, so... Try to play a pub or two and search for the better players in that game. Then you can throw them a friendly whisper asking if they wanna play another game with you.
