Believe what you want..stats were like that, average psr was high before retail...1940 psr before wasn't that hard to get.

idk i was 1.8 kdr legit. Before retail it really wasnt hard to do that with all the leavers, baddies joining games.

agree to this in my "non ladder" i goth like 2,4/8,3/5,6 KDA and 12xx PSR and been stuck for like 5 months.

in my Ladder i have like 7,4/2.3/6.6 KDA and 1650+ psr its ALL about woot team u get into :(

scout has 2 advantages to contribute to a team, an aoe silence and eyes. Both will be easily countered in a decent game considering scout relies on stealth to get his silence off and his eyes are seen and destroyed with basic warding. He is a horrible carry that is countered by cheap consumables purchased at the shop. Scout with no stealth is 100% useless. I've seen people play scout as good as he can be played, and other carries outweigh him.

And fyi, chronos isnt the hardest of the hard carries, hes also been nerfed from what he once was. Chronos has an ult that generally gets in the way more than it helps, carries like madman, dark lady, swiftblade will shit on scout. Any hero that relys on stealth to be effective is garbage

Fayde is insanely OP (Relies on stealth to get away after a gank)

Night Hound is still a good carry, watch phe'V play him in the last NEVA tournament against uqt.

But scout does suck.
