for starters
the shitty dota delay
it's basically like playing on usw from eu on hon
even though i'm playing from eu on eu servers
the game is extremely sluggish compared to hon
feels like you're drunk or something, i mean have you seen a potm/valk arrow? i find it nearly impossible to get hit by them
when you regen fountain/bottle/hp pot/reg rune etz
you regen with like a 0.2-0.5 interval while in hon it's a much lower interval which can be extremely crucial
cannot concede / leave games without having to restart the fucking game
crashes alot
no mmr/psr ranking system so alot of games will be ruined by baddies
no leaver protection / anti leaver system that protect games from being ruined, pretty much 50% of all the games i've played at least 1 player have left
not having the option to set more hotkeys for more stuffs than pretty much the basics
i probably forgot to mention a couple of things but these were the first things comming to mind
so yes alot of room for improvement
