why do people go shrunken head like after ra / frostburn on swiftblade?

to me that makes no sense, you open with either spin or ulti ( kinda depending on situation ) then you do the other one, and by that time at least 6 seconds have passed and most spells have already been used

so what is the magic immunity for? planning to 1vs5 them?

something i have noticed is that on USE shrunken head rush is more popular on sb than on eu

you need shrunken head on every carry hero especially heroes like forsaken archer and flint beastwood cause then positioning is irrelevant
