in high level play you only really trilane him or maybe solo him mid. slith / vindi both are really slow and have no stuns. any decent trilane will crush a lane with slith + vindi + X in it.

in games where people don't trilane yet all you need in a decent supporter like plague and you can still crush that lane. all u need is some pulls and levels, as soon as you get ring of health + higher level of mana break they're fucked

dual laning him mid stronk

yes if u r able to farm it in time but i still think dual ranged with slow/stun in combo with either vindi/slit can rape mb
and i dont mean trilane, just strong harassers like say martyr/pr/ws etc...

that is why in dota they run like dual jungle

with 1 jungler + 1 strong ganking support and then as soon as the dual lane think it's okay to go forward they come and gank with smoke clean up the lane give the hero freefarm for like 1 min, and then just repeat

i just don't like him at all, risky to pick specially in pubs if u get a noob with u on lane u r pretty much fucked
and he really isnt fun at all to play from my pov, he only really becomes effective at like 25+ or later
plus he really is farm dependent and who wants to rice most part of the game
