Ive had like 700-800 ping every game for a while now and its incredibly hard to do anything with it

What can I do to fix this, any suggestions?
I have my settings on low/mid, restarted router, computer
Computer aint lagging at all, can play sc2 withour problems, I only start lagging when I play hon

hm maybe you've been playing on some bad servers?

i mean there was 1 eu server i couldnt play on i pinged like 350 to it while everyone else was normal and when i speedtested it was like 60 down 1 up

try host like a no stats game on different servers and see if it works decently
