Dampeer is my new favourite hero, wow. ;o

Is he one of the "bad" heroes in the the higher tier games? In the 1500-1600 bracket where I roll people usually don't get a vestment so it's really easy to just combo them and watch them die.

if you're carrying your team's shitty carries you'll start to lose momentum towards the end of the game and lose to other carries.
