between a 2.5 sec stun, ult, and auto attacks you get enough
assuming you haven't been rolled, seems pretty easy to down an enemy, especially if you don't blow everything with them hoping for 100 to 0
especially using very little harass, you'll usually be able to kill someone given the right situation
if you harass with a stun, it's even that much easier
