these 5 line game changes are fantastic

i've been getting hatchet + runes on a melee hero when i solo mid in basic games, it increases my last hitting from 60% to 90%, getting 7/8 creeps the first wave really sets the tone and fucks over the LoLser mid

maybe testie is on to something, i guess hatchet is really good if you're much better than your opponent, has he gotten it in any high level scrims/tourneys?
