imagine like a soulstealer with in-combat blink and a portal key

would never get ganked, and could initiate from massive ranged, and land easy razes with double blink -> triple raze

IMO it's bad because it creates a level of forgiveness that is the polar opposite of HoN/LoL
in HoN you get your face shit on if you are even out of position by a few steps sometimes

in LoL the killer gains, not killers gains and victim loses
but at top level players are skilled enough to make judgements and have the free blink (you get it for free when you hit a certain account level) in case they make a bad judgement

so this just promotes farm all game and then play WoW arena cuz everybody is max farm

yeah in dota too positioning is so important. being a few steps out of position can be difference between won and lost game. adding a free blink would just make the game really dumb. alot less skill oriented and super boring meta-game since nobody would even bother ganking cuz killing a farmed carry who also has blink would just be impossible

like chu said, it is a very well made casual game, but it doesn't cater to diverse play styles

in dota 2 we saw MyM with their mass healer mass sheepstick push rape strat and that was sweet as fuck, but you'd never see something unique like that in LoL

otherwise i don't see much of a problem with the game as long as someone can get used to the mechanics, which i'm still a bit iffy over

either you're really dumb or trolling. free blink totally changes the level of skill required to play the game. also makes it very very boring to play competitively. even in chinese dota theres loads of smoke gangs and stuff, but those would be pointless if there was free blink because all a hero would need is vanguard and/or hood and they could surive any gank by tanking the initital burst the blinking away. as i said, its just dumb
