~10k~ gold worth but with this you pretty much got all you need,
high attack speed which result in your passive doing work
decently high dmg with insintarius/steamboots/frostburn
decently high ms+a slow so you can chase pretty decent
and a pretty nice amount of life

only thing you would ever need after this would be a daemonic
