If you want to list out effects, everything's going to seem crazy. You're also not seeing any numbers. As the poster above me noted, many of these effects are exclusive. He really just has one farming ability, and it's fairly mana prohibitive compared to, say, Flint's Explosive Flare. Some of the things you pointed out also already exist, even in DotA heroes (see Troll Warlord, who has a global attackspeed buff that applies to all teammates, while MoA's only applies to a single target).
"Stereotypical S2 ranged carry" also doesn't hold much weight, seeing as how the only two HoN original ranged carries that have penetrated the competitive scene are Silhouette and Aluna (maybe Puppetmaster, but he's seems to be on the downturn in usage).
There's nothing wrong with flexibility in itself, after all. The problem comes when ridiculous numbers come packaged with the flexibility. See Invoker here!
