if flux ulti had likte a chance to ministun and do a bit of damage i think he would be viable
like
5-15% chance to ministun for like 0.1-0.5 sec
and do like 50-200 any type of damage
and the proc chance is on all the heroes individually
and not like if you proc it it ministun and damages all
oh well why even bother giving a fuck
in a couple of months we will be nerding dota2
