I play 3v3s mostly, so I solo and rush 3k gold and get thunderclaw. Then steamboots, then upgrade thunder to hammer.
After that just a heart or wingbow.

Playing him supportive, no need to rush pk, just make sure you help ur team. And then when u get the pk, que up a nice ult, and bam, we win
I once had a game where i had 3 kills with my ult before my pk, due to me being top(legion) then maybe hunting the person i laned with, me walking in front of him, going into the shade, beside tower, charging ulti, stunning within towerrange, and BAM.
Wasn't a pro game or anything, but it was fun!

Wretched Hag with 2 Talismans, steamboots, power supply, then into any of the suitable items for an int hero, such as null stone (depends on enemy lineup ofc), frostfield, kuldra, etc. I often go Nullstone then Harkon's Blade, just for the lulz. I love Hag

Also, its pretty fun to play repulsor, and just got like 3 talismans, bottle, sheepstick as fast an you can, and then just drop boots! You might think its a problem, but it can really work, and be pretty fun ^^
