This list can probably not be on the HoN forums due to the Forum Rules, so my main question is if this is still possible on an outside source.
The obvious question is: how do you define "BIRD"? The main focus will be when someone is BIRD repetitively. That means, when someone is being BIRD to other people the entire game, regardless of what is going on, that person should be placed on the list. Or if one person is killed a couple of times, and continues to be BIRD the rest of the game, he should be placed on the list.
