you have no idea about programming then
So not true while I'm not the best programmers but seeing they have released several games and got paid for it I'm not that easily impressed.
I've created my own 3D renderer using DirectX10 and HLSL using postprocessing techniques such as Blur, HDR, Screen Space Ambient Occlussion in it. With full level editor support creating Heightmaps and saving it from scratch, full particle system customization.
Creating Navigation Meshes with a basic hA* pathfinding and multiple agent behaviour solutions created basic network compatible games for multiplayer purposes.
I have great understanding of Algorithm Theory and how to optimize code, I work fluently in Intel VTune and Nvidia PerfHUD, I got great knowledge of design patterns and anti-patterns. I am fluent in C++, C#, Lua and Python.
I've also completed all Spotify puzzles availible at
http://www.spotify.com/se/jobs/tech/ if you want to try some.
All this in 2 years.
I am now working at a smaller swedish game company, got through Ubisoft Massives code challenge but failed a fucking dickwhat mathquestion in the interview so no luck there yet.
So in my opinion I got "some idea" about programming.
EDIT: And we are more than two programmers btw.
