theres a point where you let them constantly farm the creep waves when your lanes are pushing them in, won a 4v5 because the other team was dumb as fuck

play war bist in a low tier game, get an early helm of the dominator + pbox 3 + sol's bulwark + vlads etc, get a bunch of forest creeps and you can rax a full hp lane before your ult goes down

its quite funny and people then cry and say you broke the rules hahaha

Its not an attack modifier, not like nomes, skull or rot where it says it does not stack and same with movement speed from geos or firebrand where it says it doesn't stack.

I'm pretty sure they do stack... Doesn't say other wise anywhere, and the msi dwi game today msi had both on them so ya, pretty sure they stack.
