play parasite and rush mock only gank short lane if its 100% kill. Should get 12-14 min mock. After that with your mocks auto attack + magic DOT + ult + first ability should be a 100% kill almost anyone at that time. Plus you farm insanely fast so easily 500 gpm + so then you can ward everything your self. I think I am like 13-2 with parasite in last 15 games with both highest gpm and lvl in most. You are also obviously extremely hard to kill while in neutral early on so your mock DOT + auto attack is good harass. I usually ward their jungle so if anyone goes in I kill them and get away. If no one comes then I just farm in their jungle leaving them no where to farm. This gives fast puzzle box so you stay relevant for a long long time
