I played 13 Unranked games till i got level 3 (verified for ranked games)
I think i went 11-2 (11 wins, 2 losses).
2 Immortals, Several Bloodbath Streaks.
Result at level 3: 1575 MMR.

Yeah I don't think it will start you much higher than that, but then you get absurd amounts of MMR for the first few games afterwards (I got to 1800 in 5 games on one account). So you have to lose on purpose for a while as far as making boosting accounts goes.
