hmm it makes a diff yes? I'd rather not solo with scout if the jungler is lets say..war beast since he'll have to pick all the farm and wont stack one of the camp for me to use midas efficiently, while tempest can do an awesome farm while stacking and not killing 1 camp for you to use midas/kill it every 3stacked.

Would totaly like to play magebane solo if ophelia is the jungler tho.

suggestion: list the heroes on both teams, noting which one you are... then it becomes more natural of a decision to make. realistically when a player starts a game, all they really have to make a decision with is a list of 5 heroes, right? this way it becomes more of a "what would you do at the beginning of this game," rather than a "what should we do now, by the way there's a jungler." HoN players, generically, have a don't-waste-time personality. sitting here trying to figure out what you're asking is not going to attract many great players, if you ask me. I've played since beta, i should know.
