yea but u want a hero that has late game presence
i've seen and played many games where a mid owned and still lost

seen ppl go 8-9-0 or more and losing due to being unable to carry in late

yeah of course, that's why I don't really consider picking heroes like chipper, midas, etc.

that's also why I think DM is the hero I have very high winrate with. He basically is good all throughout the game, only obvious way to counter him is mass AoE disable/constantly going as 5 and ganking/zehpyr mid.

e: just remember about arachna

that hero would be fucking awesome vs lots of the heroes I listed.

ra/zeph pretty much counters melee heros
anything that punishes the opponent when they come forward to last hit aka dmg/s

play passive earlygame until you hit some levels and when your cyclons are lvl 2/3/4 they'll stand no chance.
ive played zeph countless times against nomad/tremble etc.

ra is a bit risky since magebane is really popular nowadays

dunno, so far nothing beat my mk cept a aegis gauntlet at level 1 o-o

i think zephyr vs ss when the zephyr isn't total dogshit is really hard, i would not play that matchup

just put rampage or slither mid vs melee heroes

just pick ra/zeph/dw/peb/nomad and outplay/outfarm the enemy hero
especially dw is fine against pretty much all the heroes you stated

and don't forget sillu, imba harass against melees
