if you pendle that much it is probably cause you are a too passive player. you probably pretty much never win games on your own, but this doesn't mean that you are bad or feeding or something, you are just too passive, you don't do everything possible to win games and don't try to lead your team to victory. one of my mates is like this aswell, he is moving between 1400 and 1650 all the time. in most games he just has average stats like 3-5-5 and so on, not feeding but really NEVER stomping the enemy team with 15-2 or something, he is just like an ai bot who plays ok'ish but doesn't put too much effort in winning games, so pretty much always his team decides if they win or not.

start being more active, use chances to kill your enemies on the lane, go gank, tell your team to gank, push, def etc.

The problem in most pubs is that they don't listen, when you ping 5 times and say that they should b or that you come to gank they complain that you didn't write, when you write they complain that you didn't blink :S I am mostly playing support yes, sometimes carries which is going quite well too ( think i had a 14/1 with mb yesterday) but you just can't get the pubs to play together somehow :S For instance swapping bottles or tangos or something, never works

use ingame voice chat, as long as you're decently nice most people will listen

( i feel like easier to communicate with people on us servers rather than eu servers )

ofc it feels like you're talking to a bunch of retards but everytime they do something you told them to do you gets excited like "omg they did it??? maybe theres hope after all"
