Accursed goes to full health with every damage he receives, apart from legio's ult, because that works differently. If a WS ulted Accursed on 50 hp, while his ult was active, it would heal him up no problem, same as anything else, apart from, like it's been said, legi's ult.

I don't think that can kill him, but I might be wrong.

Anything that does more damage than the HP threshold he has to be under for it to activate will kill him.

We're talking about it being ALREADY activated, rather than Accursed being on low health and his ulti OFF. Or so I think, that's the impression I'm under.
So when his ult is ON and his hp is mega low, will things kill him, was the question. Unless I'm misunderstanding things here.

In that case Legio ulti only I think. Maybe cursed as well, though technically that shouldn't work.
