Hon is a joke scaling in that game is Bs there are heros that can skill shot you and 2x base attack you and your died both being lvl 1 well you hit them for 1/32 of there health.

There are no heroes that can do this at lvl 1, sure enough if your a noob and get underlvled, the opposing carry who has been farming can take you out pretty quickly if he knows what hes doing. But generally speaking there are alot of ways to get away. 80% of the heroes would have some means of an escape mechanism.
