chronos timeleap got 13 seconds cooldown and cost 135 mana while magebanes blink only got 6 seconds cooldown and cost 60 mana!
So magebane can do it alot better.

he's not OP (at least in HoN). his magic immunity isn't that high from his passive, so you can still get nuked down quite easily. most of all though, the ranged carries are just so dominant its hard for magebane to stand up. puppet or flint with fws will win vs you in the long run, considering their team isn't awful. don't get me wrong though, he's an amazing hero regardless. he can carry hard and has great mobility + base attack speed/animation, but he's certainly not OP

Magebane blows. Can't win a 1v1, useless in a trilane.
