Not true they are saying a lot more offensive things than that lol but tbh I kind of enjoy there unprofessional way they ran there company kind of fit into there target audience and dident seem so laywyer ish stuck up like every other game company. Was something different they were real, rather than hiding there real thoughts behind a stone wall like the other company's. Other company's think, feel, and react the same the difference is just at the real company's they don't let you get to know the employees.

i'm just angry cause i opened a support ticket and they responded with a generic answer, they didn't even bother reading my post when i clearly stated what happened

Ya, I get the feeling there support system is kind of backed up. Give it a week IMO and someone will have the time to actually read what you write. I understand though that's super frustrating when you put effort Into a well considered/thaught out message and are bassicly ignored.
