Just tried it.
You infest a Vagabond, you'll be able to almost kill the other vagabond by then, so you finish off that camp easilly and get level 2.
Then I went and got in a minotaur and killed the little one then killed the yellow.
Level 3 and 1/2. by 2:30

used the skills too?

Naw.
It wasn't a Vagabond leader that I infested, just a vagabond, so I wasn't given any skill.
Very reliant on what spawns in the jungle.

I've played it a bit and raped everytime

start of with infest ability, wipe creeps then harrass lane a bit, maybe even get a kill or two.
max out slow nuke ability

go for ring of the teacher, power supply and blood chalice
steamboots

then tablet tablet+parasite is just so god damn good

Midas, Boots of Travel, Dagon 5, Spellshards 3, and blink dagger if necessary.
