Queue on US servers, they're far better than EU servers, regardless of where you're from. All eu players are around 100-200 more rating than US brackets, meaning a 2k player is actually like an 1800 US player. And an 1800 player is a 1600 US player. This has to do with a larger euro player pool, but essentially what happens is the shitfuck eurotrash will decide during US times to queue on US servers and get their shit pushed in like they're EM pubstars because of the fact I previously stated.
