not really, HoN was pretty unfun when chalice had a 25 second cd, and had 2 regen a second

having hammer and pebbles and devo spam their spells every cooldown was retarded

yeah but thats just a small sample of the hon heroes being givin that buff, i can't say that ALL league champs are like that because ive only played like 10 of them
but its not just a few certain heroes getting a huge buff from a never ending mana supply, its all of them, which i find fun
