don't pay anyone for this. with that low MMR, you can queue with a 1700 person so the 1700 gets +0/-0 playing vs 1500s for hundreds of games until you get too high MMR to extremely lower the average.

back when i played i would have boosted you to at least 1500 ish for free with close to 100% win rate. i'm sure you can find someone who will make use of that account until at least 1400 MMR or so. then you can think about paying for a boost
