just toggle simple mode and take off the hero guide. that should clean it up a bit.. although it's still pretty fuckin annoying.

type Setsave befor you enter your next cde :)

and nn to go folders and bla bla bla.

setsave cg_usenewshop2 false

in console (CTRL+F8)
