lol i change my hot keys more than that, i use #1-6 for my inventory and qwer for the skills spacebar for order cancel z for taunt multiple others i'm sure i'm forgetting.

I do like the idea of the alt for using skill points, but haven't played much since they implemented it...so i haven't gotten into the habit of using it yet.
