Paying for someone to boost you to 1600 is pretty stupid I mean you start at 1500 and if you cannot get to 1600 yourself (where 1500-1600 are scrubs) you will just end up going down anyways.

Thats the point if they are 1000 and they got lots of games played they will probably just ruin games for the 1600 people and after some games end up back to 1000.
