if my math is right

a level 1 ulti does 787.5 damage ( counting the magic reduction  ( without vestment )
a level 2 ulti does 1256.25 damage ( counting the magic reduction  ( without vestment )
a level 3 ulti does 1725 damage ( counting the magic reduction  ( without vestment )

so that is why it's massively important to get rid of tb be4 he can pop ult
