most melee carries work with this besides for like glad thats all i can think of atm.

i do this on pred , sb, madman, hs (depending on farm i get pk first on hs)

although i got helm of black legion + shamans headress and portal key on madman and its really boss with a chalice. works better than going carry imo

madman without a heavy mana regen item will end up in you're missing out on at least 5 kills every game and die pretty much same amount of deaths just because you dont have the mana

that is why runed axe suck on madman tbh it's actually gimping his farm ability "but how can it gimp it? it gives fucking cleave omg imba"
yes and it gives shitty manaregen and you use your spells to farm that is why

nullstone/hex/hellflower are in 95% of the cases much better choice than runed axe

but i can out carry a madman with glacius in 1500 pubs

i use frostburn over magefists on my melee sorc, you really can't replace that 40% mana increase

still works in the 1700~1800's
