It has a huge cooldown, means u can use it probably 1 time each fight. And waisting 3 skillpoints for +1.5sec disable without any damage?
I mean, yea, maybe when you have a team without disables, but if you got at least few disables, I wouldn't max magnetic first at all
The passive is used 10 times easily each fight, means it deals 450more damage each fight from lvl 1 to 4
Same to the bomb, only 4 sec cd and some aoe, but increased mana costs tho
I usally leave the disable at level 1 until I maxed the other 2 spells and I kinda never missed the +1.5sec so far. Even without the disable hardly any hero can escape DR
the reason 4 it is with lvl 3 /4 , u can pull someone in and be 100% sure they will get hit by ur 1st skill even if u pull from max range. at levels 1/2 this doesnt always work. also, such a huge disable is prty stronK when ur tryin 2 gank people
