should not have vouched for a scammer, and even if you did because he didn't scam you, you should of taken back the vouch after he started scamming nonstop to pretty much everyone else he wasn't friends with
although i don't know how a multi accusation would get you a scammer tag. I've seen plenty of people vouch you :/
imo people who rage and stop playing after 1 team fight loss or feed on purpose are a lot worse than leavers. At least if someone leaves early (before game starts), you can easily remake the game, and if they leave later, you can benefit from their items and still have a chance of winning 4v5.
