Nerfing soulstealers ulti isnt the answer to nerfing him. He builds off of farming creeps with those demon hands.

Now it just makes it harder for him to set up a decent ulti for his team.

SS's ult was changed to match dota. Dota's has a backswing animation that's .65 seconds, which makes it 1.65 seconds total.

Also you tards need to get access to the private forum, so you can read all the details about the changes (exp system is explained).
