Every hero can get raped by any hero. All depends on the player.

Arachna I would say is the 'best' 1on1 hero. There is no hard counter to a good arachna. He can kite you forever if his build/skill is proper.

Arachna isnt counterable lol....

But I think arachna is a better counter for soulstealer then chipper is....I mean it all depends on how fail the soulstealer is and who has rune control really....If someone on the other team picks soulstealer I typically go for arachna because I know I'll have better rune control, once I can snag an invis, DD, or haste at level 6+ its a definite kill. Before 6 is only a likely kill o.O have to make sure to throw a point in hardened carapace so you dont get analed
