but yes hes very easy to play and in low psr games where people dont know how to properly gank he can get farmed as fuck in a really short period of time, a soulstealer with a warded river mid that can keep up with grabbing every rune is basically going to rape. a quick farm on post haste, portal key, bkb early game is prettymuch GG

but then again in higher psr games people just focus gank SS early on

This. Shroud is a terrible item on soulstealer, only works in noob games.

if your getting pkey on ss there is no reason to get bkb

lol? wrong. you get a portal key to initiate with ult, you get a bkb so you dont get analed after porting in....

the only thing that ever stopped me from pkey ulting on soulstealer was pharoh lol, just try going without bkb and u farm so ridiculously fast and do so much dmg that u will end the game in 35

if ur pubbing build post haste / pkey/ geometers/ sheildbreaker / wingbow (if the game lasts that long)

if your playing competitively then yes get a bkb, but maybe 2 people in this forum play on that level the rest do not need a bkb

The only way I wouldn't get a bkb, is if one of these were the case:

1) Jeriziah was on my team and wasnt a fucking retard

2) I was outleveling the other team by 7-8 levels (i was 16+ they were around 11)

3) This game was 1300 psr

4) The other team has no stuns/disables/silences

Porting in as soulstealer at level 16 with 30 souls on your ult = all int heros are going to die if they don't have some type of health boost or magic armor. Even if they ult doesnt 1 shot them an auto attack will probably be enough to kill them. If you for example, ported into a group of 4-5, ulted with no bkb, and they were a bunch of int heros like witch, pyro, polywog, etc....and you don't have your bkb you're in trouble. Because even if they're 1 hit from death you're going to get chain stunned and triple ulted. If you have a compitent team that follows you in after initiating then maybe you'll be fine, but 90% of the time I play soulstealer its because I know my team is fail and I know I'm going to have to try and pull some wild shit off

soulstealer is too weak to be initiation you need to wait until someone on your team either baits or initiates to land a good ult, otherwise your just wasting a cd

there is also no reason not to get around 600 exp/min on soulstealer in pubs

soulstealer is an amazing initiator you just need a bkb, thats why you get a portal key, initiation. Soulstealer ports in with magic immunity up, ults, team comes in, Q W E autoattack, Annihilation
