Obviously if it's only your third game you will be grouped with other people around your MMR -- meaning possibly first timers, newer players, etc.
If you want to play with better people... it's quite simple -- get your MMR up.
If you can't, you're in the right place.

KDR matters more than psr IMO....

for instance a player with 1360 PSR and 1.8 KDR would in my opinion be better than a player with 1670 PSR with 0.7 KDR ( its not hard to have friends who are good that you can stack teams with )

Edit: And we had a terrible zeph who went 0-6 in the first 10mins
