Dude, you obviously never even tried to play Scout PROPERLY. I'm not trying to defend myself here, although Scout is one of my top played heroes, but he is an INSANE carry, and is able to tear a team apart faster and more effectively than a Chronos, who is considered one of the hardest of hard carries. I guess you've only met lame scouts who deliberately only KS, but on rare occasions, you will see that one or two that play it effectively, and happen to get the last hit because they last hit heroes well, or because of sheer luck

did play in the ''best'' games I could psr wise, 1650+, 1700+,1750+...till I hit 1900+ ( no em's).


Took a while but it isn't ''fake''... Also,I was almost only playing carry, so it was pretty easy to win most of times since I'm really good at stack pulling while last hiting a lane and could kill 5x stacks every 6 minutes at the ancient pull.

Definitely is fake if you are under 1500 now, doesn't matter about the heroes you like to play, you either are skilled or you are not.
