crystal maiden is nice i guess

assuming that cm= casual mode

normal mode= better with a team of 5
casual mode= more enjoyable with a 2-3 lock

if you are just looking to have fun then casual mode is the less stressful more enjoyable of the two.....

the game is also obviously balanced around normal mode so there is a quite a few heros/lane combinations that are imba in cm
