When starting a game first thing you should do is established a friendly environment for your team.
by stating that you are willing to do what it takes to win, supporting/carrying etc.
ask your team what they want to play.
do not sit idle and let everyone pick 5 carries.
and remember manners is the way to get people to listen.
by saying phases like "hello everyone lets try to win this as a TEAM"
this word you should use many times because many players tend to play by "THEMSELVES"
you want to play as if your controlling all 5 players subtlety.
communication is key, all the games you have dominated i am sure your team was communicating together.

Now that the game has started and you guys are in your roles.
you want to ask for fb mid if there is 2 stunners in your team
this will ensure 100% domination of mid. (if your playing mid)
if playing side lane remember to be nice to your lane mate! he will GIVE UP HIS LIFE FOR YOU
if you start off as being mean he will surely ditch you in a fight that you might of won!

when team is failing DO NOT EVER blame them.
it does no good and will only make you stressed equal to making you playing worst then you should be.
keep calm and collected at all times.
to resolve this issue with a person feeding is ask him nicely to leave the lane and to go farm the jungle until laning phase are over.
DO NOT return to a lane that you died countless times too.
SET UP GANKS go somewhere ELSE.
make changes asap.

it is better to let their winning lane to just free farm then go back to feed because they are ALREADY free farming with you there.
now what to do then?l other lanes are weak meaning if you ganked they will surely die easier then the lane that you lost too.
making your team gaining the adv you need to get back into the game.

If you ever played a game where you lost early your losing mid game DO NOT GIVE UP.
other team will be very cocky = making many mistakes.
they will farm by themselves, gank by themselves.
take these oppotunities to turn the game!

get your team together and counter gank!
have you ever played a game where other team was dominating and then all of a sudden one mistake they lose 1 team fight
and you guys are back into the game?!
yes this is how hon works! one team fight mid game will turn the game all around!
keep this in mind and be positive.
when you give up and are still playing your only wasting your time.
play with the mentality of always thinking you will win!

if your playing carry do not tp to a tower to farm because you will have a 45 sec cooldown on tp.
meaning when a team fight happen you wont be able to help! this is KEY!
you want to buy a tp and WALK to a lane to farm.
then when other team pushes or ganks you: YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO RUN AND TP.
or to TP back to base and help your team!
every time you see a team fight you tp ASAP do not stop to kill that one creep.

when supporting you want to be in EVERY team fight for assist gold this is how you farm. by ASSISTING not farming.

that's all the tip i can give with out actually playing the game with you.
