kinda strange how i still have delay when i stream even though my net is pretty good

Hurr durr 2gb file durr.

on speedtest i've reached like 50 mbs but i guess that was to an extremely good server
and in our village we share the net with around 50 other people so depending what all they are doing is my nets speed, but it should easily reach 2 mbs
