No. Known scammer. Do NOT make any sort of transaction with him - even if he goes first selling an account to you, he can reverse the account sale.

You know well enough there aren't any SA threads you greasy little worm, since you can't be tagged for scamming an illegal trade. Plus, the users can't even prove it was you that reversed the account information.

plus, the OP doesn't need solid proof to not trust your shady ass, as every single trade thread you've opened has been shut down by the people you've scammed
