i make accounts with promo codes which i buy and i have like 10 accounts so i just put a random email.
( these are my old accounts back from when HoN just came out )

of course now my new accounts i use with a new email that i made. for reselling purposes.

At first I thought this was fake for sure since you said bin was 650 and the transaction was 700, but anyone buying an account off this guy is obviously retarded let alone paying more than the bin price
