Im just tired of always getting a rubbish team, its really annoying as my psr is now around 1260 (Even though kdr is 1:1)
Any ideas how I can make a comeback among the noobs?

find someone you can play with so u dont hav to depend on 4 noobs instead of only 3 [:

At 1200 psr games, I could take any hero and end up with 20-0 in stats and win the game, no matter what teammates I had :p. KRAKEN FTW

I'm willing to bet you also have around 30 CK average a game with a possible 1-2 denies 40-50 apm and 0.0 wards placed, if that's the case that is most likely your problem

there is a lot of people who play Hon and joke around or only play to ks,

your best bet is to host your games and stack the teams til you hit like 1580
